Nothing contained in these terms and conditions will affect a consumers statutory rights under The Sale of Goods Act 1979 or The Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations 1999.

You must agree that you will not make a claim for damages as a result from using this website. KCC Automotive operates to the highest standards and do not believe that using this website can cause loss or damage to your PC.

By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, please exit this site immediately. KCC Automotive may modify this agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately. You agree to review the agreement periodically to be aware of such modifications and your continued access or use of the site shall be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the modified agreement.

KCC Automotive and/or any other names belonging to KCC Automotive group of companies, or it’s website are the exclusive copyright of KCC Automotive, including the "look" and "feel" of the website, colour combinations and layout. Any use of KCC Automotive images is strictly prohibited without the expressed permission from KCC Automotive. Other product and company names mentioned in the website may be the trademarks of their respective owners.

Warranty

ALL VEHICLES ARE SOLD AS SEEN AND WITHOUT WARRANTY UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED.

Vehicles are supplied in the condition as stated in the vehicle listing and subject to any conditions or warranties that are implied by the Sale of Goods Act 1979 or any amended statute in the case of the consumer sales (as defined by the Sale of Goods Act 1979 as amended).

KCC Automotive can not guarantee the time of delivery and shall not be liable for any damages or claims of any kind in respect of delay.

If a contract is in place, but then cancelled by the buyer, any deposits shall be retained by KCC Automotive. The sum retained will need to be sufficient to cover the losses KCC Automotive are likely to incur.

Vehicles remain the property of KCC Automotive until the total purchase price has been paid in full.

Refunds

If for any reason your item is not delivered to the highest standards please contact us. We will do our best to resolve any problems or issues that arise.

Delivery

Please allow 3 - 5 days for delivery. All items purchased from KCC Automotive are packed to the highest standards and we give 100% attention to the way our items are shipped.

Items damaged in transit must be returned within 28 days for a refund to be considered. We will refund any payments made if for any reason your item does not reach you in perfect condition.
